Welcome to Traverse. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Traverse is a visual thinking and project planning tool with AI-powered features. It allows you to organize notes, documents, links, and ideas on a canvas, with AI assistance to find connections, identify gaps, and help you think through complex projects.
To use Traverse, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Traverse offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have limitations on the number of boards, notes per board, and daily AI usage. Paid (Pro) plans provide expanded or unlimited access to these features.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us.
AI Boost Packs: AI Boost Packs are one-time purchases that provide additional AI actions. Boost pack purchases are non-refundable.
